Gorom Moshla
Gorom Moshla
This gorom moshla is the classic “Bengali garam masala”, made with exactly three spices—cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Anytime a Bengali recipe calls for “garam masala”, this is what you should reach for. This is primarily a “finishing” spice, but is also used in marination for curries, kababs, etc. We source premium-grade spices that we grind by hand, in small batches, for the finest texture and flavour.
Made fresh using Bong Eats’ recipe, just as you would make it at home. No fillers, no hidden ingredients—just good quality spices.
